LIFEhouse Missions Team builds partnerships with missionaries, organizes short-term opportunities, and advocates outreach ministry.
Currently LIFEhouse partners with seven mission units – individuals and organizations. In addition to financial support we seek to be involved as partners with each missionary.
William & Priscilla Conceiçao
Restoration Ministries, Brazil
As a church planter, William has a passion to bring hope through this ministry to desperate children, adults and families in the favelas (slums) of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Restoration Ministries seeks to impact the world for Jesus Christ as a gospel-based ministry to underprivileged children and their communities.
Global Fellowship, Czech Republic
Sean is a new missionary who has grown up in our congregation. He is working with Global Fellowship to reach the Czech Republic with the Gospel. This country is one of the most atheistic countries in the world and desperately needs the light of Jesus to shine.
James and Lilian Teira
Many LIFEhouse families sponsor orphans or contribute to the development and educational needs of children at Kampala Community Church. The Teiras have enjoyed rapid growth to a church of over 1,000 and the school has been expanded to serve more children.
Matt & Esther Bullock
Greater Europe Mission, Germany
The Bullocks recruit and lead short-term construction teams throughout Europe, serving alongside a variety of European ministries. These natural opportunities allow participants to share the truth and love of Jesus Christ. Based in Germany, they are active in discipling and encouragement in this spiritually dark continent.
Don & Janie Nellis
United Indian Missions, Arizona
Don and Janie serve on the UIM International Administrative team as mentors for the Mexico and Hispanic Field Directors. They oversee the following strategic projects: three Ana's Kitchens located in Guadalajara, Oaxaca and Reynosa, the House of Refuge in Leon, the Alpha & Omega Bible Camp in Oaxaca Sierra, and the newly begun Royal House of Mephi in Oaxaca. They are leading efforts in the opening of meinistry in eastern Cuba.
LIFEhouse supports several ministry organizations in our community, providing funds and opportunities for our members to serve Christ by meeting needs locally. Ministries focus on caring for men, women and children in crisis.
There are many ways that our members can support missions. Examples include preparing packages for newborns, reaching out to international students, providing meals for the homeless, and prayer partnerships. Simply reaching into your own neighborhood to share the love of Jesus is a great way to build relationships in your community.
We are working at inspiring our LIFEgroups to become missional minded. To find ways to build friendships with our neighbors. To love them for who they are, with no alterier motives.
DISCOVER the Kingdom
We want everyone to discover the Kingdom (Luke 4:18-19)
DEVELOP in Christ
Lead everyone into a life-transforming relationship with God. (2 Cor. 5:17-21)
Since we have a new identity in Christ, he has created each of us for a purpose in life. Not only that, but he has given each of us spiritual gifts. Thus we encourage our members to explore these gifts and see which one(s) God has given them to use for His glory. Then consider how these time, talents and treasures can be used in the church. As the body of Christ we encourage everyone to be sent out by God and His Church to be missionaries in our communities and the world.
